Not a sound idea
The Mosquito is designed to discourage people under 30 from loitering; it broadcasts at frequencies that they’d theoretically find unpleasant, but that can no longer be heard by us older folks. However, since the younger generation is destroying its hearing with iPods, we just have to wonder if this will have any effect whatsoever.
